Do the DVDs contain closed captions / subtitles?
Yes! Our DVDs include closed captions/subtitles, which can be turned on from the main menu of the DVD.
My DVD does not play on my computer or DVD player. What should I do?
1️⃣ Check to see if other DVD's play successfully on your computer or DVD player. 2️⃣ Try taking it out and retrying it more than once. 3️⃣ If you have a computer, you can download VLC Media Player for free to view the DVD: https://www.videolan.org/v
My DVD only plays the 1st workout. What do I do?
